From application to initial real agreements - just a few clearly structured stages. The process does not require complex integrations: a convenient web office integrated with Telegram, transparent rules, and a clear economic model ensure efficient and comfortable work.

You are not just a translator, but also a partner with clear economics, open statistics, and priority if you show good results.
To start cooperation, fill out the application form on the website. There you need to briefly provide the main information: which GEO you work for, what resources or teams you have, as well as your desired initial volumes. This allows us to quickly assess the relevance of the request and offer the optimal connection format.
After the application is submitted, it undergoes an initial review. If the information is sufficient, our manager will contact you to clarify details: GEO confirmation, opportunities for teams, possible restrictions, and interaction format. At this stage, the main terms, work rules, and organizational aspects (contacts, responsible persons, availability) are also agreed upon.
Next, you will undergo adaptation where you receive all necessary instructions and rules. We offer the following:
- Approved work scenarios
- Rules and requirements for processing quality
- Communication standards and SLA (response time, operation confirmation, process procedure)
- Recommendations on initial volumes and restrictions
After adaptation is completed, your GEO priority teams will be connected to the platform. The start is based on initial volumes and restrictions — this is necessary for stable access to the process, quality control, and efficiency verification. Subsequently, volumes and restrictions gradually increase according to work results, and cooperation scales up.
Usually, the initial review of the application takes from several hours up to 1 business day depending on the load and completeness of the provided information. If the data is insufficient, the manager may request clarifications (GEO, team structure, resources, expected volumes). After the information is confirmed, launch coordination and adaptation begin.
A mandatory stage before starting is adaptation. It is necessary to synchronize expectations and ensure stable work quality.
As part of the adaptation, you will receive:
- Regulation of processes and communication
- Scenarios and instructions
- Discipline and confirmation requirements
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) (response time, reaction time, rules for interaction with support)
- Start limits and escalation rules
After adaptation, the team can operate
The start is based on key volumes and limits to check the quality of the process, team stability, and compliance with SLA requirements. Subsequently, the volume gradually increases: after consistent results, no rule violations, and confirmed efficiency by GEO, scaling becomes possible.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) defines the interaction standards, which specify:
- speed of response to requests
- Conditions for confirming operations
- Communication procedures
- Responsibilities of parties in the workflow
Compliance with SLA requirements directly affects reliability, process stability, and the possibility to increase limits and expand cooperation.
It depends on geographical location and work volume. In some cases, an individual is sufficient. When volume increases, a legal entity is added and a separate contract is made.
A base rate is set for each country and payment method. Additionally, your level, SR indicators, SLA compliance, and volume stability are taken into account.
All possible scenarios are processed according to the rules: deadlines, refund conditions, and confirmation. Risks are identified and coordinated before the work begins.
Specify your geographical location, your banks, and your estimated volumes. We will contact you with full information about terms and requirements, as well as adaptation for installation.
